CardinaleWay Mazda Las Vegas Hosts Free Back-to-School Block Party for the Community
This summer, CardinaleWay Mazda Las Vegas is doing something we are incredibly proud of — and it has nothing to do with cars.
On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, we are opening our doors to the entire Las Vegas community for the CardinaleWay Cares: Back-to-School Block Party — a free event designed to help local families step into the new school year feeling prepared, celebrated, and supported.
Registration is required. A free ticket can be reserved through Eventbrite.
A Dealership That Gives Back
At CardinaleWay Mazda Las Vegas, we believe being part of this community means more than selling cars. It means showing up for the families who live here, work here, and raise their kids here. That belief is exactly what inspired this event.
We partnered with dozens of incredible Las Vegas businesses and organizations to build something that goes far beyond a typical school supply drive. This is a true celebration — and every family who joins us will leave with more than they came with.
What Families Can Expect
The CardinaleWay Cares Back-to-School Block Party brings together free resources, live entertainment, and community connection all in one place:
- Free backpacks and school supply kits for children of all ages
- Free haircuts provided by local stylists and barbers, plus exclusive discount vouchers and swag bags from Euphoria Cosmetology School
- Live DJ keeping the energy high throughout the morning
- Live performances from the School of Rock House Band
- A live demonstration from Victory Martial Arts
- A Kids Activity Village featuring Engineering for Kids, a mobile exhibit from the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, and a Spy Ninjas mission station
- A community booth from i9 Sports, including youth sports program giveaways
- Free meals courtesy of a local food truck, sweet treats from Nothing Bundt Cakes, including information on their Books & Bundt reading program, and an ice cream truck from A&A Ice Cream
- Health and wellness resources for attending families
- A prize wheel and raffle featuring passes to Adventuredome, Sky Zone, Battle Blast, and Cowabunga Bay
- Community resource tables from the YMCA of Southern Nevada and Desert Breeze Community Center
- A "First Day Ready" photo moment for families to capture and share
There is no cost to attend, and a free ticket is required for entry.
Why CardinaleWay Mazda Las Vegas Is Doing This
Back-to-school season can be a financially stressful time for many families. Between supplies, clothing, and everything else that comes with a new school year, the costs add up quickly. We wanted to remove that stress entirely for as many Las Vegas families as possible while also creating a joyful, memorable morning that brings our community together.

This event is taking place simultaneously at our sister location, CardinaleWay Acura Las Vegas, just down the road at 7000 W Sahara Ave. Families are welcome to register and visit either location, or both.
