Edmunds wrote: “The 2019 Mazda CX-9 is one of the highest-rated vehicles on Edmunds. ...we like it for its styling that makes rival midsize SUVs seem generic by comparison. The same holds true for the interior of the top Signature trim, which rivals the cabins of some luxury-branded vehicles for materials quality. It's not all about looks for the CX-9 either. It drives exceptionally well compared to rivals, with confident and almost sporty handling.”
Buyers can choose the 2019 Mazda CX-9 in one of four trim levels: the base Sport, the Touring, the exciting Grand Touring and the top-spec Signature. Front-wheel drive is standard on all trims except the Signature, which gets standard all-wheel drive. The knobs and buttons make it easy to make adjustments on the fly. A 7-inch touchscreen, two USB ports, and apps like Stitcher and Pandora are standard.
